With this challenging start to 2021 for all businesses, tformat are pleased to have already secured renewed service & subscription agreements with several of our key global customers including Toppan-Merrill, MPS, IUCR and the Open University.
Continuing to support our existing customer solutions, in one spotlight case we have recently implemented a new bespoke multi-level CPO (change page only) set of enhancements for Toppan-Merrill within the Financial Typesetting Solution to help them provide an even faster service to their clients.
With further enhancements to come for our Financial Solution and a number of other key solution developments already scheduled for customers in 2021, we are continuing to support our customers and partners through the business challenges this pandemic has presented us all, so we can emerge more efficient and with stronger solutions going forward.
The Brexit agreement with the EU has also left many UK and EU businesses with no clear advice or process and many areas are yet to be clarified. Here at tformat we have always been international facing and pro EU and so-far this unfortunate situation has not impacted on the products and services we can offer to our customers in the EU or around the world.
