Restricts the ligatures applied to text to system ligatures only, overriding any ligature groups enabled with tklgp. System ligatures include character access ligatures, which essentially just map characters from the font to Arbortext APP, e.g. Á is, technically, a ligature. This level of ligature is always on, and cannot be turned off. The ligatures applied are not, however, ligatures in the commonly-understood sense, therefore, tklig 0 is actually the equivalent of turning ligatures off with tklgp 1. |
