Product maintenance is provided with first line support services from us and our partners in the case of Arbortext and directly from the developers support teams for other products.
For customers who do not wish to invest in software maintenance agreements to receive support, we also provide on-demand flexible support++ options seperately.
Arbortext and APP (3B2) Support++
We provide a full range of support options for Arbortext products including all the benefits of standard PTC maintenance:
- New version upgrades direct from PTC
- Software maintenance updates from PTC
- Online helpdesk
- Online License management and admin system
- Bug fixes by the PTC development team
