Registration

If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your registration within 48 hours of registering please contact us directly at APPWorld@tformat.com.

 

Payment

The amount will be payable within 21 days from the date of invoicing. Registration can not be confirmed until payment is received.

 

TAX

The event is hosted and run within Germany, therefore the registration fee for all German and non German companies is subject to Local VAT (Value added tax).

 

Registration Fee

The registration fee of €390 covers attendance at all event sessions, refreshments, evening dinner event, full event documentation . The fee does not include accommodation.

 

Conference Documentation

A folder is provided at the event containing all speaker information where available. One copy is made available for each paying delegate.

 

Event Accommodation

Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, preferable rates are available for delegates at the hotel. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.

 

Travel

Travel is not included in the event fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the event venue in adequate time. tformat ltd & DATACOPY publishing solutions gmbh or our partners and sponsors are not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded minus an administration charge of €100 + VAT. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing and submitted by emailing APPWorld@tformat.com. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days before the first day of the event, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted and event documentation will be provided. You are still entitled to event documentation in the case of cancellation and this will be despatched once the event is finished.

 

Substitutions and Name Changes

Substitutions are acceptable at any time. To inform us of a name change, please contact us with the details at APPWorld@tformat.com.

 

Indemnity

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue, content or the timing of the programme. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such changes, but any reasonable change to the event format will not constitute a reason to refund the event fee.
Should the event be postponed, we will endeavour to reschedule. If, for reasons beyond the control of tformat ltd & DATACOPY publishing solutions gmbh, the event has to be cancelled, a refund will be made. We are not liable to pay any incurred costs resulting from any postponement or cancellation.
